Dale Christina Gianotti, 83, of Mountain View, New York, passed away on December 2, 2025 in Winhall, Vermont surrounded by her family.

Dale was born on November 27, 1942, in Queens, New York to Robert Charles Turner and Loretta (Seaman) Turner. She grew up in Elmont, NY alongside her one sibling, Robert Turner, and married the love of her life, Robert (Butch) Gianotti in 1962. Together they built a warm and joyful home filled with family, fun, food, love and laughter. They raised their three children in Northport, NY and spent their retired years in Owl’s Head NY.

Dale is survived by her devoted husband, Butch, of 62 years; sons Dean (Laura) Gianotti and Ricky (Brenda) Gianotti, daughter Traci (Joe) Cassieri; and seven grandchildren, who were the light of her life: Dean Robert Gianotti, Hannah Gianotti, Cole Gianotti, Ruthie Gianotti, Caleb (Allison) Gianotti, Carly Gianotti, and Cassandra Gianotti . In addition, she is survived by her brother Robert (Patricia) Turner, her sister-in-law, Nancy (Joe) Salvagna and many other nieces and nephews.

Above all, Dale cherished her husband and family, she was happiest when she was with them. She also enjoyed shopping; she loved shopping for items that would make her home look cozy and country. In years past, she enjoyed traveling to Aruba with Butch to bask in the sun, eat dinner out, swim in the pool and visit friends. She loved visiting their winter home in Florida and visiting with family, Mel, Nancy and Joe. She loved her Mountain View home and friends in the Adirondacks and enjoyed attending all the events at the Mount Tom Club such as the Mexican dinner, Italian feast, Clam Bake, Pig Roast and the Trap Shooting contest.

Dale will be remembered for her genuine big smile, friendliness, lovingness toward others, kindness and her dedication to her husband Butch and her family. Her presence will be profoundly missed.
